iFrames are actually different from the older frame which was once the basis of building websites.
Frames were built around specific content so that each piece would load separately. Unfortunately, while it would help to separate elements of the page for the viewer it also made it more difficult to rank in the search engines and the page wouldn’t always load efficiently.

Well, the FTC is putting their finger in the pie once more. In a perfect world there would be no scam artists. In a more perfect world everyone would be honest and do business in a moral and ethical fashion.
But… we don’t live in a perfect world.
So, in an effort to “protect the citizens” the FTC is going to monitor the advertising, recommendations and reviews that bloggers are passing along to their readers.
