How to Focus Your Online Marketing Efforts

Last week I was waxing philosophical about the forty million different ways there are to market information products, the number of ways of developing information products and the number of ways of integrating the magic of the Internet into offline businesses.

Too many choices!

My creative solution was to use the focused abilities of my best friend.  But not all of us have a best friend or relative who is willing to spend the time or energy figuring out what you want to do, what you do best and how to get you to your goal.

So, if you don’t have this person in your life now, how do you focus your marketing efforts?

Well, there are a couple of choices.

Most research shows that all people perform better when they have a coach, a mentor or some type of accountability partner.

Those positions can be filled by friends, relatives, mastermind groups, life coaches or business coaches.  Some of these individuals are paid and others aren’t.  Sometimes you can barter for services with more than just money.

For instance, if you need the services of a business coach who can you use your help with a specific talent you possess you may be able to barter for their services.

The real question isn’t IF you need assistance but HOW you’ll get it.
